NAIDOC Week is a national event which celebrates the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. It is a celebration that encourages the community to come together and participate in the many different events and cultural activities put on by communities, workplaces and schools.

The theme for NAIDOC 2020 was ‘Always Was, Always Will Be.’ Mildura Rural City Council’s NAIDOC 2020 celebrations were delivered in partnership with our Aboriginal Action Committee. The online initiative was organised in line with COVID-19 restrictions.
