The theme for NAIDOC 2020 is ‘Always Was, Always Will Be.’ Mildura Rural City Council’s NAIDOC 2020 celebrations were delivered in partnership with our Aboriginal Action Committee. The online initiative was organised in line with COVID-19 restrictions.
