Australian Inland Botanic Gardens
The Australian Inland Botanic Gardens Inc believes in bringing together Community, Environment, Tourism, Science, Education and Conservation.
There are four staff members that look after the Gardens along with over a 100 volunteers. Volunteers are championed into groups such as “the Dead Headers”, “The Magenta Artists”, “The Gift & Coffee Shop Crew”, “The Nature Trailers”, “The Prickle Hounds” and “The Z-team” to name a few. Each Group undertakes specific tasks at the Gardens and with 50ha planted & 100ha of native bush, there is always something to do.
The volunteers are a priceless gift to AIBG and enablers of its sustainability
