Mildura Rural City Council in partnership with Northern Mallee Local Learning and Employment Network (NMLLEN) and DET delivers the Navigator Program in the northern Mallee.
The Navigator Program through individual case management provides active outreach and support to disengaged young people aged 12 to 17 years. The program aims to help them overcome barriers and successfully re-engage and connect with an education, training or employment pathways.
