Bilingual Children’s Book Story Project Workshop

Mildura Rural City Council in partnership with other community groups, will be developing a series of children's books in both English and other community languages that in our region.

We're calling on those interested to attend two workshops at Mildura Library on Thursday 25 May and Thursday 1 June from 6.30pm to 8.30pm with children's author Lyndsie Storer to find out what it takes to get published.

Following the story-writing workshops, illustration workshops will be held, and the stories translated into other community languages. Stories will be publicly launched at an event on Indigenous Literacy Day on 6 September.
