Disaster preparedness and recovery for service providers

Mildura Rural City Council invites emergency support service providers to hear from David Younger, one of Australia’s leading natural disaster recovery and preparedness consultants.

David has been supporting communities throughout Australia since the 2009 Black Saturday fires. He is also a clinical psychologist and has seen firsthand there can be opportunities for recovery and growth within adversity.

In this conversational session David will discuss his experience working with communities after a disaster and share information especially designed for service providers.
