Mildura Rural City Council will mark International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia Day (IDAHOBIT) from 4pm to 6pm on Wednesday 17 May with a special event in the Langtree Mall.
The afternoon will include a flag raising ceremony, It's great to be me Storytime, face-painting, a clothes swap, a sausage sizzle, information stalls and live music.
The community is encouraged to come along and help mark the day in a respectful and inclusive way.
