This FREE one-hour Lunch and Learn webinar will empower you and your organisation with knowledge and simple actions that will help create gender equality and prevent violence against women and children in our lives and in our communities.

You will learn:

• What the often unknown causes of violence against women and girls are.
• Why gender equality is key to preventing violence against women and girls.
• What gender and gender equality is.
• How taking action in the workplace can help create a more equal and just community.
• Global evidence and Victorian examples.
• What you/your organisation can do!

This session will be facilitated by Shannon Harmer - a dynamic and experienced facilitator who has spent the last 15 years working with organisations, governments, INGOs and humanitarian actors in gender equality and addressing violence against women and girls.
