Mum's and Bubs Yoga at Merbein Library

Designed with mothers in mind, this yoga class is an opportunity to practise self-care and bond with your child. Connect with other mothers and create a nurturing and positive environment for both you and your little one.

Who needs a ticket to attend?

Only adults participating in the session require a ticket. 

What do I need to bring?

No special equipment needed.  You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, but there will be mats available for you to use.
