Enjoy some FREE summer movie fun on the big screen at Powerhouse Place (122 Hugh King Drive, Mildura) this January!

Head down every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night from 9pm to enjoy a series of family-friendly flicks.

Friday 12 January – Barbie (PG) – 191 mins

Margot Robbie leads this musical comedy as Stereotypical Barbie, who experiences a full-on existential crisis and embarks on a journey of self-discovery. Along for the ride is her beau Ken, played by Ryan Gosling. Kate McKinnon, Issa Rae, Simu Liu, Ncuti Gatwa, Kingsley Ben-Adir and Scott Evans also portray various Barbies and Kens in Barbie Land, the pink utopia at the centre of the film, and the rest of the cast includes America Ferrera, Michael Cera and Will Ferrell.

Saturday 13 January – Rams (PG) – 126 mins

Rams is a 2020 Australian comedy-drama film starring Sam Neill, Michael Caton and Miranda Richardson. It is based on the Icelandic drama film Rams (2015) by Grímur Hákonarson. At the 2021 ARIA Music Awards, the album was nominated for Best Original Soundtrack, Cast or Show Album.

Sunday 14 January – Paddington 2 (G) – 103 mins

Paddington, now happily settled with the Brown family and a popular member of the local community, picks up a series of odd jobs to buy the perfect present for his Aunt Lucy's 100th birthday, only for the gift to be stolen.

Refreshments will be available each night, be sure to bring your own chair or rug and enjoy a family-friendly film in the Yennaga Janji outdoor gathering space.
