Venue Hire: Theatre per performance - Local Groups / Community Groups per day $695.00* Access from 10am to midnight. Includes staffing FOH Officer for the first 4 hours and a Theatre Attendant for the first 3 hours thereafter hourly rates apply. Refer to Staffing Requirements section.
Marketing: Customised EDM each $275.00* EDM: Electronic Direct Marketing - pre-bookings essential to secure feature.
Staffing: Box Office / Door Person / Ushers / Merchandise Seller per person, per hour $50.00* Minimum 3 hours. Refer to Staffing Requirements section.
Commission: Merchandise and Sales. each $0.10* Applicable for Commercial and for all events where MAC are responsible for Merchandise Sales. This fee is waived for Local / Community Groups who are responsible for their own Merchandise Sales.
Marketing Services Package (Digital) each $300.00* includes image listing in MAC monthly e-newsletter, exposure on venue digital screens and social media posts. Exposure on MAC Collateral as available.
Marketing & Publicity Campaigns each $75.00* Fee, plus campaign on application. Development and Delivery of campaigns.

Additional Performance on the same day per hour $100.00* Hourly rate, fee charged 1-hour prior to event starting time, and concludes 30 minutes after, additional charges for staffing.
Functions and Meetings (Mildura Arts Centre Foyer) per hour $150.00* Foyer. Fee includes a supervisor. Additional charge for Public Liability Insurance. Charges commence from access time and cease when the hirer has vacated the venue. Refer to Staffing Requirements section.
Layover (Dead Day) per day $195.00* Rental for Dark Day - this is when a hirer has occupancy of the theatre and the venue cannot be hired to others.
Rehearsals per hour $95.00* Occupancy of venue includes supervisor / technician. A Duty Technician is required at all times when the theatre is occupied, charges commence on arrival and cease when the hirer has vacated the venue.
Venue Hire: Conferences / Conventions / Forums / Ceremonies (Half Day) Up to 4 hours $650.00* Access from 10am to midnight. Up to 4 hours Includes staffing FOH Officer for the first 4 hours, thereafter hourly rates apply. Refer to Staffing Requirements section.
Credit Card Charges (Per value sold on Credit Card) each $0.02* 2% credit card charge.
Box Office Services: Electronic transfer of tickets to Customer each $0.50* Fee per transaction. Customers can ‘opt in’ to have their electronic tickets sent to them via SMS direct to their mobile.
Poster Distribution Charge per session $150.00* Staffing allocated for 3 hours to distribute and disseminate posters / DL distribution collateral.
