The Chief Executive Officer has the delegation to change the adopted Fees and Changes in circumstances where the fees are not adequately recovering the cost of service delivery. Statutory Fees are subject to change without notice. We encourage you to contact Council on (03) 5018 8100 to confirm the correct statutory charges.
Bike Hub registration and replacement card fees.
Building permit, pool, residential projects, shed and carport fees.
Fees for services at the Nichols Point and Murray Pines cemeteries.
Fees for Playalong Early Learning Centre and Family Day Care services.
Animal registration, animal-related infringements, traffic infringements, fire prevention and local laws administration fees.
Fees for septic tanks, aquatic facilities, food, accommodation and beauty businesses including inspections, registrations and transfers.
Fees to hire community banners.
Fees for Land Information certificates, historical rate payer information searches and general administrative fees.
Freedom of Information and Public Liability Insurance fees.
Fees for printing and photocopying, programs, lost and damaged items, inter library loans, room hire, book club, bags, replacement cards and visitor deposits.
Fees for immunisations including visits to businesses or nursing homes for clinics and requests for information.
Fees to hire Mildura Arts Centre for performances and events, and the hire of venues including the Woolshed and Mildura Station Homestead grounds.
Fees to hire function rooms, kitchen, ovals, courts, change rooms and ahot desk at the Mildura Sporting Precinct.
Commissions for services and tickets booked through MVIC and hire fees for the Benetook Room located on site.
Statutory Planning fees including various permits, advertising, extension of time requests and file retrieval fees.
Fees for hiring courts, playing fields and ovals, pavilions and change rooms across the Council
Entry fees, swimming lessons and other fees associated with Council run pools including the Waves Aquatic & Leisure Centre.
Landfill fees for residents by load size and material including residential and rural waste. Bin hire for events, street sweeping and replacement bin costs.
Fees for road opening permits, asset protection application and inspections, occupy road reserve permits and storm water discharge.
