Mildura Rural City Council ratepayers have a chance to win, simply by switching to eNotices!

All ratepayers who register to receive their rates notices via email before 30 September 2024 will go in the draw to win up to $2,000 off their 2024-25 rates bill. Any ratepayers already registered will also be automatically eligible and entered into the draw.

Switching to eNotices is simple!

  1. Click on the image above, scan the QR code on your rates notice OR go to mildura.enotices.com.au and click on the Sign Up tab.
  2. Enter your email address and eNotice Reference Number (which you can find below the eNotices logo on your rates notice).
  3. Check your email inbox and click on the validation link.
  4. Create a password and enter your mobile phone number.

That’s it! You will then receive future rates notices in your inbox, and can log in to view them online at any time.

Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promoter is Mildura Rural City Council, 108 Madden Avenue, Victoria, Australia, 3500. A.B.N 42 498 937 037.

  2. Only individuals who have registered to receive their Mildura Rural City Council rates notice electronically through eNotices as at the Saturday 30 September 2024 will be entered into the draw and eligible to win.

  3. Employees of Mildura Rural City Council and Mildura Rural City Councillors are not eligible to win. Rates notices where Council employees or Councillors are listed as a property owner will not be eligible or entered into the draw.

  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the draw.

  5. By entering an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  6. Only one registration and one entry will be accepted per rates notice. Multiple entries from the same person will be considered as one entry, regardless of the number of rates notices an individual registers to receive via eNotices.

  7. Entries will close at 11.59pm on Saturday 30 September 2024. Any ratepayers who have registered to receive their rates notices electronically via eNotices prior to this date will automatically be entered into the draw.

  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received due to technical issues.

  9. Individuals can enter the draw via https://mildura.enotices.com.au/login and must register to receive their Mildura Rural City Council rates notice electronically via eNotices to ensure entry to the draw.

  10. One winner will be drawn randomly from contact details provided in the eNotices registration form.

  11. The prize is up to the value of $2,000 off the winner’s 2024-25 Mildura Rural City Council rates bill. Where the winners’ rates bill is less than $2,000, the prize will be the full value of their 2024-25 rates bill.

  12. The prize will be applied as a credit to the winner’s Mildura Rural City Council rates account within 28 days of the draw closing date.

  13. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.

  14. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email within 14 days of the draw closing date.

  15. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 28 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

  16. Mildura Rural City Council will notify the winner when the prize is applied as a credit to their rates account.

  17. The promoter’s decision in respect to all matters to do with the draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  18. The draw and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

  19. The winner agrees to the use of their name and photograph in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian privacy laws and will not be disclosed to a third party without the winner’s prior consent.

  20. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the draw closing date by emailing mrcc@mildura.vic.gov.au

  21. The winner’s name will be published in the Sunraysia Daily newspaper within 28 days of the draw closing date.

  22. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or any other social network. Entrants are providing their information to Mildura Rural City Council and not to any other party.   23. Mildura Rural City Council shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this website.

  24. Mildura Rural City Council also reserves the right to cancel the draw if circumstances arise outside of its control.
