August is Family History Month

Do you have an interest in researching your family history, but are not quite sure where to start?

During Family History Month, library staff will be providing introductory sessions to websites like TROVE and Ancestry.com, as well as one-on-one sessions for those interested in learning how to digitise documents, slides and photographs or search local newspapers.

Session times:

Thursday 15 August 2pm - Introduction to TROVE 

Tuesday 27 August 2pm - Explore Ancestry.com

Sunday 25 August 1pm and 3pm Preservation Station Information Session 

Saturday 31 August 10am and 12.30pm Preservation Station Information Session

One-on-one sessions are by appointment
