Comics Plus, powered by LibraryPass, is a digital platform offering thousands of digital comics, graphic novels and manga titles. You can access titles using a smartphone, tablet, or web browser, and can be downloaded to multiple devices. There is never a wait to read, all titles are unlimited access simultaneous use.
Using the App
- Download the LibraryPass app
- Open the app and search for the library's name (Mildura) and choose the Full Library collection.
- Type in your library card number to login to Comics Plus.

Using the App
- Download the cloudLibrary NewsStand app
- Tap the New User button on the first screen.
- Fill in all fields in the registration screen accept the terms and tap Next.
- Choose your country and library (Mildura Rural City Council Libraries) from the drop-down menus, then tap on Register.
- Type your library card number and PIN and tap Register again.

- Go to the cloudLibrary NewsStand site.
- Click on "Login" in the top right-hand corner of the screen
- If you don't have an account, create one by clicking on "Not Registered? Create an Account". After entering your name, email address, and password, in the drop-down list, select "Australia", then select Mildura Rural City Council Libraries". Click Register. Then add your library card number and PIN and click Register again.

LOTE4Kids - online stories in English and other languages
LOTE4Kids is our new online database of over 4,500 digital books in 70+ World Languages, that allows kids and adults to enjoy the magic of books in LOTE (Languages Other Than English).
Using the App
- Download the LOTE4Kids app.
- Select your library by searching for Mildura in the find your library field, select Mildura Rural City Council.
- Type in your library card number and click the Sign In button.
- If you don’t have library membership, you can join online and use the number sent to you or visit a library.

Kanopy - stream more than 30,000 movies
Sign up to Kanopy for free, link your library card and get access to more than 30,000 of the world’s best films, including award-winning documentaries, hard-to-find titles, film festival favourites, indie and classic films, world cinema, kids movies and much more. Films can be streamed from any computer, television, mobile device or platform by downloading the Kanopy app for Apple, Android, AppleTV or Chromecast.
Tickets are used to watch films on Kanopy. Each month, you receive 18 tickets from your library to watch any content you like.
Kanopy Kids titles don't use tickets, so you can watch as many kid-friendly tiles as you like.

To start:
- Visit the library's Kanopy page.
- Click Sign Up and create your account with name, email and password.
- Open your email account, and in the email received from Kanopy, click Verify Email.
- Go back to Kanopy and login with your email and password.
- Go to your Dashboard and add your MRCC Libraries card details (only card number is required).
- You can then search or browse the collection, add movies to your watchlist, and start watching!

We have expanded our uLIBRARY collection with the addition of adult eBooks.
You can browse the collection and listen or read your choice through the uLIBRARY website or via the apps. Available for Apple and Android devices, the app has been designed for ease of use, offering features like a sleep timer and changing the narrator's speed.
