2025 Australia Day Award nominations now open

Nominations are now open for Mildura Rural City Council’s Australia Day Awards in the following categories:

  • Citizen of the Year
  • Young Citizen of the Year
  • Community Event or Project of the Year

Nominations can be made by visiting www.mildura.vic.gov.au/awards and can be submitted until 5pm on Friday 1 November this year.

Full details on eligibility and selection criteria are also available on the awards nomination page.

People making nominations are encouraged to provide as much information as possible as it is this information that forms the majority of the assessment process.
