Council’s Christmas operating hours

Mildura Rural City Councillors and staff wish everyone a very happy and safe festive season.

Council’s Madden Avenue, Deakin Avenue and Ouyen Service Centres will close at 3pm on Wednesday 24 December 2014 and re-open at 8am on Monday 5 January 2015.  During this time Council-related emergencies should be reported by calling 1800 241 540.

Residents and visitors are advised of changes to operating hours for Council services and facilities durign the holidays.

Mildura Landfill

Open 7am – 3pm Christmas Eve
Closed Christmas Day

Closed New Year’s Day

Ouyen, Murrayville and Nangiloc Transfer Stations

Kerbside recycling and rubbish collections

No rubbish or recycling collections on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day.
Bins scheduled for collection on these days will be collected on Saturday 27 December
2014 and Saturday 3 January 2015 instead. All other collection schedules remain unchanged.
