Let us know what you think of Council’s services and facilities

Sunraysia residents are being encouraged to participate in Council’s annual Community Satisfaction Survey as a way to help shape future delivery of Council services across the region.
This year’s survey opens on Monday, 17 April and is a valuable tool to ensure Council is meeting the community’s needs.
Mildura Mayor Glenn Milne encouraged residents to take part in the survey, which allows residents to rate how well Council’s services and facilities are performing, and how important they are.
“Over the past 12 months we’ve provided a diverse range of services, facilities and programs across the region, and it’s important for us to know how these services are performing,” Cr Milne said.
“Our annual Community Satisfaction Survey is a chance for us to gather this valuable feedback which will help us better tailor our services to the meet the community’s needs into the future.
“This year’s survey also comes at an important time as we evaluate the final year of our current Council Plan and embark on our new plan for the coming four years.
Residents can complete the survey online by visiting http://www.mildura.vic.gov.au/Customer-Support/Have-Your-Say or in person by obtaining hard copies from Council’s service centres and libraries.
Hard copies of the survey must be completed and posted in the self-addressed envelope provided by 5pm on Friday, 12 May. Online surveys close on Sunday, 14 May.
