Please note operating hours of Council Service Centres and facilities due to the public holiday on Friday 2 October 2015:

Mildura and Ouyen Service Centres: Closed
Kerbside recycling & rubbish collections: Collected as normal (no changes)
Mildura Landfill: 8am-3:45pm
Ouyen Landfill: 1pm-6pm (normal operating hours)
All libraries: Closed
Mildura Visitor Information & Booking Centre: 9am-5pm
Mildura Arts Centre: 10am-5pm
