How do I enrol my child?

To enrol your child in to one of our Family Day Care Educators, you will be required to complete the below online form.

After you submit this form

• • You are on our wait list for care.
  • If a suitable vacancy exists, a staff member will contact you to let you know the position is available. You will be given an Educators contact details and will have the opportunity to go and meet the Educator.
  • An enrolment form will be emailed to you to complete, and you will be required to return it within 3 days, otherwise your position will be given to someone else waiting for care.
  • Once your enrolment form has been received with no outstanding information, and you are happy with the Educator you have met you may start care.
