A hoarding permit is required for any proposed building works which connects or occupies council land/road reserve/nature-strip. (Local Law 2, Part 5.1)
Permit to allow for occupation of road reserve to allow for building on adjacent land.
A road opening permit is required to carry out any works (crossover, excavation) within the road reserve.
