Amending a Planning Permit
If you need to change your permit or endorsed plans after they have been issued, you will need to apply to Council for a planning permit amendment. You should discuss any permit amendments with Council before submitting your application.

Amendment under Secondary Consent
Some planning permits contain a condition that they can not be altered without written consent of the Responsible Authority. This is more commonly known as secondary consent and allows for minor modifications to the endorsed plans, subject to the written consent of the Responsible Authority, ie Council.

Amending a Permit Application or Permit Amendment Application
If you have applied for a planning permit or an amendment to a planning permit and wish to change your application, you can apply to do so.
