Mildura Rural City Council is fully committed to protecting any personal and health information you provide to us as per our obligations under the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic) and the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic).
Mildura Rural City Council views the protection of your privacy as an integral part of its commitment towards complete accountability and integrity in all its activities and programs. This statement outlines the privacy practices of Mildura Rural City Council in relation to visits to any Council website.

We will only collect personal information that is necessary to perform Council functions. We will only use personal information provided for the purposes for which it was collected in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic) and the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic).
