This four-year plan aims to drive meaningful, lasting change within our organisation and across our communities, advancing gender equality and preventing family violence.


The Draft Strategy outlines three key objectives, including:

  • Developing a workforce that is committed to preventing family violence

  • Embedding Gender Equality into our everyday work through policies, processes and systems

  • Working with partners to create a community where people of all genders are thriving – free from discrimination and violence
