Report a missed bin collection
You can report your missed bin collection for the following types of bins:

Garbage bin
(red lid)
|
Recycle bin
(yellow lid)
|
Organics bin
(green lid)
|
Glass bin
(purple lid)
|
Please report your missed bin unless any of the below apply:
- Bin is too heavy, the hydraulic arm on the trucks cannot lift more weight than 75kg
- Bin is overfilled and/or contaminated
- Bin is obstructed by a car, pole or another object
- Bin is placed in the bowl of a court
Note: Bins in a court should be placed in the straight area, or neck of the court
When to report a missed collection?
